Graham’s Grim Grippers sells high-quality knives. Our company is based in the United States. All orders and transactions are governed by these terms.

Age Requirement & Legal Compliance‍ ‍

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from us.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that purchasing and possessing the knife(s) is legal in your city, county, and state.

  • Certain knives (e.g., automatic/switchblade, ballistic, or disguised knives) may be restricted or illegal in some locations. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your purchase or possession of our products.

Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or legal concerns.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our secure payment processor.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • All sales are final unless the product is defective or arrives damaged.

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with clear photos.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus shipping costs (unless the error was ours).

  • All knives will be warranted by the manufacturer (if they supply one) against defects in materials and workmanship. Please check with the manufacturer of the knife you are purchasing to see if it has one. The warranty can only be used through that manufacture; we cannot provide any warranty details. Misuse, abuse, or improper care voids the warranty.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears and any verification is complete. Custom or restricted items may take longer.

  • Shipping Methods and Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item, destination, value, and restrictions. We select the most reliable and compliant option.

  • Shipping Costs:

·         Standard rates apply to smaller orders. Rates are calculated at checkout.

·         Signature required for orders of $500+ or high value/restricted items.

  • Delivery Estimates: 2–7 business days for most continental U.S. addresses (not guaranteed). Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer. We do not guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays, weather, or other events.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you upon tender to the carrier (if you pay shipping) or upon delivery (if we cover it).

We strictly comply with all federal, state, and local laws:

  • Automatic/Switchblade Knives: Subject to the Federal Switchblade Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1241–1245). We only ship these where legally permitted (e.g., to qualified government/military personnel or within states where legal). No shipments of prohibited automatics to restricted areas like California, New York City, Chicago, New Jersey, etc.

  • Other Restricted Knives: We do not ship items illegal in the destination (e.g., certain blade lengths, gravity knives, ballistic knives, or "dirks/daggers" in some states). Check your local laws before ordering.

  • Prohibited Destinations: We will not ship to addresses where items are restricted or illegal. This includes certain cities/counties in various states. Orders to such areas will be canceled and refunded (minus any fees).

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 (or 21 for restricted items) to purchase. By ordering, you certify your age and legal right to possess the items.

It is your responsibility (the buyer) to know and comply with all applicable laws in your area regarding possession, carry, and use. We provide no legal advice.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Track your order via the carrier.

  • Report issues within 7 days. We assist with claims but are not responsible for carrier delays or losses after tender (unless insured).

  • We recommend signature confirmation for valuable orders.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site or products for any illegal purpose.

  • Resell our products commercially without written permission from manufacturer.

  • Submit false or misleading information when ordering.

  • Attempt to circumvent any age or legal verification processes.

Intellectual Property
